B2B Events runs Fairs at the Three Counties Showground in Malvern (WR14 3NW) throughout the year. All information can be found on our website. There are two different events that take place, both of them one-day wonders. If you want to be green then our industry as a whole is the greatest recycling business that’s been around for much more than 100 years.

Malvern Flea & Collectors Fair taking place ten times during 2023. Sunday’s mostly, however in  April, May (last Bank Holiday Monday) and August the event is on the Bank Holiday Monday’s.

This is purported to be the biggest Flea Fair in the country and is a must for anyone looking to buy or sell pre-loved goods.

There are two buildings as well as outside exhibitors. The buildings house as many as 300 exhibitors with the outside exhibitors topping up the event with as many as an additional 500 during the summer. Of course winter outside is much less, but there are still hardy exhibitors turning out even in the toughest of weathers.

You can find anything from good antiques, vintage, salvage, recycle, upcycle, collectables, gardenalia, house clearance items and much more.

• Severn Valley Catering supply mobile catering units. Also hot and cold food in the Stockman’s Café.

Malvern Antiques, Vintage & Collectors Fair taking place on 5th March 2023.

A different event to the Flea Fair, the Antiques Fair is the stalwart of the fairs calendar. This event brings together good antiques, vintage and collectables in a single hall at the Three Counties. The capacity is up to 150 exhibitors, with good quality items covering ceramics, glass, treen, jewellery, pictures, small furniture, metalware, walking sticks, Art Deco, Retro and much more.

• Two café areas available inside the building.
• Cash machines are available on site.

• Free Parking.
• Admission prices – Early Entry 8.30am - £5 per person.  General Entry - 10.30am – 3.30pm £4 per person.
