Shalden Shooting School is set in a hidden valley in a beautiful location on the edge of Exmoor.

The landscape allows us to present clay pigeons at a variety of angles to suit anyone from the first time shot to the most experienced of shooters. We have a variety of formats to suit anyone, so whether you are an individual looking for coaching, a group looking for an exciting activity as part of a celebration, or experienced shots looking for a challenge, we will have something for you.

Our one to one lessons are tailored to the needs of the pupil and can be designed to suit both clay and game shots at any level of experience.

Group taster sessions give parties of less experienced shots the chance to try clay pigeon shooting and with a bit of guidance everyone should be hitting clays at a variety of angles very quickly. These sessions end with a competition so you can test out your skills.

Simulated game days and the option to use our shooting ground for practice are available to teams of more experienced shots.
