Flying Monk Brewery

We took on the Flying Monk Brewery in early 2020, right before we were all plunged into lockdown.

Over the next year, we explored new ways for people to interact with our beer, eventually leading to the renovation of a derelict grain barn located next to our brewery.

After months of hard work, we opened the Flying Monk Café/Tap in May 2022.

We hope the Taproom gives people a new and exciting experience when it comes to visiting the brewery.
