Josie & Ian would like to welcome you to Edendale House which is situated at the northern end of Southport, in a leafy residential area of wide streets where all the houses were built in the Victorian era. A warm friendly welcome in a relaxed comfortable atmosphere is assured in this quiet, peaceful area of Southport. A few minutes stroll from the hustle and bustle of the vibrant elegance of the Town Centre and the world-famous Lord Street.

Welcome to Edendale House, we are a small family run guesthouse offering bed and breakfast accommodation. Whether you are thinking of a first visit to us or you’re a returning guest, Josie & Ian are delighted to be your hosts. A little about us! Josie has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry, working for familiar brands, climbing a varied career ladder and specialising in human resources and health & safety. Ian is an engineer working all over Europe and the UK, and also manages to squeeze in time to project manage our refurbishment programme.

Edendale House became our home In July 2017. An exciting move! We love guests from around the world also calling our house “home” - even if just for a short time. We hope to meet you soon
