Nestled away next to the Royal Military Canal in West Hythe lives Unit 1. This shed-come-microbar serves up locally produced craft beers, Kent ciders, wine and spirts. We are a fifteen-minute walk from Hythe town centre or two minutes from Port Lympne Zoo happy to accommodate for families, dogs, horses, bikes and even paddle boards.

Enjoy a specialty coffee next to our log fire to keep you warm and cosy in the winter or enjoy a drink in our courtyard outside space in the sun. Every Thursday we make our famous homemade pizzas in our bespoke hatch kitchen. They are available to eat in or to takeaway. Street food is served up by local pop-up kitchens with a new and exciting menu served every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
