Copper Rivet Distillery is one of just a few multi-disciplinary, farm to glass distilleries in the UK.

During a tour visitors are shown how the award winning Masthouse Whisky, Dockyard Gin and Vela Vodka are distilled – all the way from grain to spirit. Tours end with a guided spirit tasting in the distillery and a complimentary drink in the eponymous Pumproom.

The Pumproom is a unique casual fine dining restaurant set in the building’s former pumproom this Victorian, post-industrial setting creates enjoyable and atmospheric vibes. Guests enjoy imaginatively designed menus featuring the very best in seasonal and local produce, cooked to perfection. And the cocktail selection is inspired by our distillery setting with delicious interpretations of the classics. From late Spring through to early Autumn, diners and drinkers alike enjoy our riverside terrace, overlooking the River Medway with uninterrupted views of Upnor Castle.
