Join me on a Whimsical Wander of our Ocean City: walk, talk & get up close to the sights; unleash your inner creative & be guided to draw, paint and delight in your own creations and be tempted to tantalise your taste buds with local treats along the way.

I create and host bespoke experiences for people who wish to explore - and draw - a tiny bit of Plymouth (or beyond) thus creating a unique keepsake of your adventure here. Looking beyond the obvious, my tours explore the quirky corners, historical haunts and  secret stories of the local area. We then sketch together what we see and you will create your very own masterpiece to take home.

No experience is necessary but experienced artists are very welcome too!

Devon has been my home for the past 20 years and Plymouth is an amazing hidden gem, waiting to be discovered. I want to share what I’ve discovered and all that is delightful in this spectacular part of Devon. I am an experienced, professional and fully insured artist, teacher and tour guide, but please don’t expect uniforms and a long lists of dates … nor an Old Master style painting worthy of the Royal Academy! These experiences are anecdotal interactions: informal, friendly and fun - equally suitable for everyone; old or young, friends, strangers, or family, the complete novice or the next Brian Pollard.

Come and explore, draw, and have a super enjoyable couple of hours at one of Plymouth’s spectacularly hidden gems - The Royal William Yard. Workshops held daily during the summer holidays days and various other times throughout the year. Check the website.

Private bookings taken: As an exclusive experience for you, your family, your friends or your colleagues, I am flexible with numbers and time, happy to create a bespoke experience for you. Wet weather contingency plans are just as much fun! (and dry!!!)
