Established in 1891 firstly on Margate High Street, Lovelys is a fourth generation run family business.

Now the oldest shop on Northdown Road, Cliftonville, Lovelys is a bespoke picture framers, contemporary art gallery, art materials & card/gift shop. Lovelys has been providing a bespoke picture framing service since 1891 and today offers a choice of over 400 mouldings, specialising in a wide range of services including conservation framing. All from their on site workshop! The experienced and friendly staff offer invaluable help and advice on all aspects of framing.

The first floor gallery features original paintings, limited edition prints, sculpture & ceramics from local, national, and international artists, as well as an ever changing exhibition program throughout the year. The art material shop stocks well established and popular artist products from Winsor & Newton, Golden, Sennelier, Caran D’Ache , Montana, Pro Arte Brushes & Seawhite.
