Pimento is the original vegetarian (and now largely vegan) café in Lincoln. It can be found nestled amongst the other traditional shops on the famous cobbled Steep Hill, which runs down from the Cathedral Quarter of the City of Lincoln.

Seating for 60 is available in 5 characterful rooms, over 4 floors. Why not come and choose your favourite. We can also offer an outside seating area where you are surrounded by lush planting, including herbs used in our kitchen. 

Pimento specialise in vegetarian and vegan food offering breakfast, lunch, light bites, coffee & tea as well as snacks, tasty nibbles and of course cake - lots of tempting sweet goodies. We also cater for gluten-free, lacto-free and can accommodate other food intolerances. 

There is a range of speciality teas and coffees as well as cappuccino, latte, espresso and of course luscious hot chocolate. A variety of cold drinks including fruit juices, fresh smoothies and craft soft drinks are also offered. 

Pimento is a family-friendly place where we welcome all ages and of course we cannot miss out our four legged friends who are always welcome.
