Wholly Gelato

Wholly Gelato is a family-run dairy farm in Elmore, Gloucestershire, using the fresh milk from its free-range herd to produce award winning Italian-style Gelato and fresh whole milk. 

We are passionate about local food and flavour creation, and always have a wide variety of flavours to choose from, with family favourites such as Wholly Milk (our signature), Milk Chocolate or Sea Salted Caramel, and seasonal flavours including Strawberry, Mixed Berry and so on. We have produced in excess of 100 flavours! We use only the most natural ingredients, and source locally wherever possible. 

Every day we offer three of our available flavours for Gelato “thick” shakes, which blend both our milk and gelato into the perfect dairy feast! We also have a wide range of 500ml takeaway flavours each day, just ask the staff in the shop! 

We also cater for weddings and other events, and welcome all enquiries, with bespoke packages suitable for all-year round.

Customers are able to enjoy all of our products within the main farm yard, and see the cows, both young and old at either end of the yard. Free off-road parking is available on the other side of the road to the farm itself.
