Catalyst is normally open Tuesday to Sunday offering a host of interactive exhibits, museum archives, historical galleries, family shows and hands-on workshops!

A unique interactive experience for all ages with a host of interactive exhibits, re-constructed scenes and multi-media programmes that stimulate the senses and bring a range of subjects to life. From Science, Maths, Engineering and Technology to the Humanities and Geography the museum is suitable for pupils from Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 3.
