Established in 1990 by ex-English Sporting Champion Rob Ireland, Rob Ireland's Activity Days have become firm favourites with many of the UK's leading companies along with hundreds of individuals and groups. The activities can be organised for any number of participants and are all carried out under the expert and ever watchful eye of professional and qualified instructors.
