The Olive Grove is the proud achievement of two young childhood friends, who had a dream to open a Trattoria and serve authentic Italian cuisines.

They wanted to share the food they grew up on with a culture totally different to it. In July of 2000 they were travelling through England when their car broke down on the outskirts of Canterbury. They had no choice but to walk into the city and try to find help.

As soon as they stepped within the city walls they fell in love. With the help of the money one of the boy’s parents had made from their olive business, they opened the restaurant you see before you today.

Combining An Arabic Dining Experience along with an Italian one…

Since then The Olive Grove & Zaytoona have flourished and is now a well known spot.
