The Annexe @153 is a beautiful modern self-contained one-bedroom ground floor holiday apartment which has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and is part of a large 1935 detached house. We aim to make our guests feel welcome in this cosy and comfortable home from home.

This superb self catering holiday apartment offers a fantastic space in Burnham-on-Sea and will accommodate 2-4 people due to additional luxury sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is suitable for couples, friends and small families including your special pet.

It comprises of fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, shower room and toilet, living room, large conservatory/dining room with dining table and chairs suitable for entertaining and chilling after a day on the beach, a round of golf or exploring the surrounding countryside.  The conservatory opens onto a rear garden shared with the owners, an enclosed safe space for children and pets to enjoy, and ideal for barbecues and enjoying a drink outside on a warm evening. Wifi is available within the apartment.
