Days can be spent at one of the many local beaches such as Saunton Sands, Croyde, Instow or Westward Ho! Whilst there why not try your hand at surfing or perhaps just lie back and enjoy the view. Alternatively, you could explore the coastal path on foot or hire a bike and take on the Tarka trail a 30-mile car free cycle path through the countryside. With Exmoor just a short drive away there is also the option of walking the moors and perhaps enjoying some wild swimming in one of the crystal-clear rivers.
