We started Byron with a simple mission: to do one thing and do it properly. We serve delicious hamburgers, made from properly-sourced British beef and the best ingredients possible, paired with a cold craft beer or an extra-thick shake.

These days we may have a few more restaurants, but our mission remains the same: to keep serving proper hamburgers, the way they should be.
